Job role and details

The job role is to help students strengthen their understanding of math and science subjects by conducting online classes, clarifying doubts, and creating a positive learning environment. The job also involves providing error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students, assessing student performance and providing feedback, and meeting the requirement of 24 sessions per week and mandatory additional responsibilities beyond taking sessions for up to 12 hours per week. The majority of the non-session activities would be between 3 and 4:30 PM, and the sessions would be from 4:30 to 9 PM. The additional responsibilities include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training and monthly tests, and any additional workload towards enhancing student performance.

The eligibility criteria and required skills for the job are as follows:

• Have a passion for teaching and creating an impact in the field of education
• Have strong subject knowledge in math and science for grades 4 to 10
• Impeccable communication skills (English)—verbal and written camera-facing skills
• Be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications
• Freshers, as well as candidates with previous teaching experience
• Have the ability to deliver lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• One-on-one interaction with parents and students and other engagement activities
