Job Role and Details
NxtWave is looking for workshop facilitators who can conduct interactive and engaging sessions for college students across India. The workshop facilitators will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with workshop organizers to define workshop objectives and content
- Maintaining good relationships with the college POCs and CRs of colleges where NxtWave conducts events
- Facilitating discussions, activities, and group interactions before the event.
- Troubleshooting any technical issues to ensure a smooth experience for students.
- Creating awareness among college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings
The workshop facilitators will also work with the pre-sales team in the weeks when workshops are not scheduled. The location of the job is work from home, and the employment type is permanent. The working hours are six days a week, with Sunday as the week off. NxtWave will provide regular training and periodic capability development programs for the workshop facilitators.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Skills
To apply for the workshop facilitator role, the candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- A passion for teaching and learning new technologies.
- A basic understanding of web development, data science, cloud computing, and other tech domains
- A laptop or desktop with a good internet connection and a webcam
- A willingness to travel to different locations if required.
