Job Role and Details

The job role is Representative, Operations/Associate, WFM Dialer. This is a remote job opportunity, with the hiring office located in Ranchi, Kolkata, Pune, or Visakhapatnam. The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to operational processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Implement strategies to enhance dialer performance, ensure efficient call delivery, and maximize agent productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to outbound calling.
  • Analyze dialer performance data to assess key metrics such as call connect rates, conversion rates, and agent productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues.

Eligible Criteria and Required Skills

The eligible criteria and required skills for this role are:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or call center environment
  • Proficient in English and Hindi languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of dialer systems and outbound calling processes
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements
