The job role of Customer Support Executive (Zomato Chat Process) is as follows:
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this role is to handle customer queries and complaints through online chat. The customer support executive should provide accurate and timely information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Some of the tasks include:
- Greeting customers and initiating chat sessions
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team
- Following up with customers and ensuring closure of issues
- Maintaining records of chat interactions and customer feedback
Skills and qualifications:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills in English and local language. Some of the skills and qualifications required are:
- Proficiency in using chat software and tools
- Ability to type fast and accurately
- Knowledge of Zomato products and services
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on weekends
Benefits and Compensation:
The salary for this role is up to 25,000 CTC per month plus a quarterly bonus of Rs. 3,894 CTC.
